Yes, yep, 100%, you got it dude. We use a dedicated migration service through Blog Vault to securely transfer your site from your existing host to our servers in just a few clicks.

There should be minimal to no downtime during the migration process. As long as you can leave your previous account up and running until the migration is complete, there should be little to no downtime.
Yes! We look over every site on our system at least once monthly to make sure your plugins and themes are up to date. If one of your paid plugins requires a manual update, we’ll connect with you to make sure it gets completed.
Yes! We back up every site daily so that we can easily restore your site to an earlier version if there is an issue.
Yes! We offer optional Staging and Development servers so that you can easily design your sites without affecting your live ones. When finished, we’ll help launch it to update your live site with the latest changes.

No. We do not manage or update email systems. We highly recommend that your email and hosting be managed by separate companies that are dedicated to providing excellent service in their own category. We are huge fans of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365

No way! You shouldn’t have to stay with any provider you’re not satisfied with. You can cancel the service at any time although you may be charged for what you’ve used in accordance with our Terms of Service.
